With the Mosaic line, CPS Company marks a turning point in the production philosophy. Thanks to modularity, flexibility and dynamism, Zenit and Chimera redefine production standards.

Mosaic System: innovation and modularity at the service of production

The new Mosaic line by CPS Company marks a step forward in the production sector, with modularity at the centre of the process.

Each machine is made with independent modules, which can be combined on a dedicated chassis, thus offering unprecedented flexibility.

The line is made up of four models — Nadir, Quantum, Chimera and Zenit — all designed to offer versatility, high performance and extraordinary adaptability.

Mosaic System: Chimera

Chimera is the machine that revolutionizes the packaging process. One of a kind, Chimera offers fully automatic operation, equipped as standard with the function to wrap single stacks of folded products.

The process begins with transferring the stacks from the folder to the machine inlet, where they are precisely handled by the timed conveyor system.

Set up for soft packaging, Chimera uses the revolving system (discover all the CPS technologies) to complete the wrapping with plastic film or paper. Alternatively, the batteries can be transferred to the next module for insertion into the case, which is then closed with glue. With Chimera, every packaging phase is optimized to ensure efficiency and quality.

Mosaic System: Zenit

Zenit is the automatic packaging machine that represents the excellence of revolving technology. Featuring fully automatic operation, Zenit offers as standard the ability to wind single stacks of paper and folded tissue products.

The process begins with the transfer of the stacks from the folder to the machine inlet, where they are precisely handled by the upper compression zone.

During this process, the packaging material is unrolled, measured and cut, ready to be placed in the dedicated section. The pusher transfers the compressed stack to the carousel, where the packaging material is efficiently wrapped.

The folding and sealing operations take place in two phases during the rotation of the carousel, culminating with the closing of the side flaps and the preparation of the side sealing. All movements and functions are controlled by integrated logic, ensuring a fluid and highly performing process.
