CPS Company has produced a slow-motion video to explain the functioning of the film-locker, the exclusive device designed for Revolving Technology and for the CPS 800 series, intended for primary packaging.
The images show that, when the product to be packaged enters the drawer of the “revolving tech” carousel, the film-locker prevents the film from moving laterally, making it adhere to the product in an optimal way. The device therefore improves film positioning and ensures better pack quality, especially at high processing speeds.
This innovative component allows you to have high quality, precise, well-finished and perfectly adherent packaging to the products.
Thanks to the film-locker, the arrangement of the product inside the package is not altered, which is in fact impeccable from an aesthetic point of view.
