Always at the forefront of the sector, CPS Company’s objective is to stand out on international markets by offering innovative and tailor-made solutions for the automatic packaging of paper products.

THE PROJECT

“Step into the era of packaging automation: never done before” is the strategic project with which CPS Company intends to expand its customer base, directing attention towards new challenges, markets and opportunities.

Through this initiative – carried out thanks to the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) 2021-2027 program of the Emilia-Romagna RegionCPS Company aims to increase the penetration of its automatic machines within unexplored countries and with a significant potential for development.

The growth in exports and in general in the company’s turnover will contribute to strengthening its positioning on the domestic and global market, but also to increasing competitiveness and the drive for innovation in the productive fabric of Emilia-Romagna.

Over the last year, CPS Company has already consolidated and strengthened existing ties with customers active in Germany and signed new agreements with commercial partners in Israel, Ghana and Brazil.

EXPANSION STRATEGY: TARGET COUNTRIES, SELECTION OF FAIRS, OBJECTIVES AND EXPECTED RESULTS

CPS Company is an international company – approximately 50% of its turnover comes from abroad – and its reference markets are Saudi Arabia and South America.

To further expand the company’s presence on foreign markets, management has conducted a careful and scrupulous analysis of the trade fair events available globally.

Also thanks to the contribution of the Emilia-Romagna ERDF 2021-27, there are 3 important trade fairs in which CPS Company took part in 2023:

  • MIAC (Italy): is the international trade fair for the tissue sector, where CPS Company is a reference name. The visitors, with a high profile and value, are well known. CPS’ participation aims to consolidate existing relationships and establish new ones.
  • PAPER ONE SHOW (United Arab Emirates): it is the paper sector fair, with visitors from around 100 countries. CPS flies to Arabia with the aim of acquiring new commercial contacts and expanding its presence in the sector.
  • INDEX (Switzerland): is the main international trade fair for the non-woven and personal care sector. Thanks to a business community from all over the world, CPS Company wants to strengthen its presence in this market, where it has been operating for years. During the latest edition of the event, the company presented a new and impactful concept, with the aim of attracting attention and affirming its presence: a new approach that proved successful, allowing the group to acquire several leads.
